Setting up Trustpilot’s Shopify Integration

Directly from Trustpilot Business

In Trustpilot Business, navigate to Integrations > Ecommerce > Shopify.
Enter your Shopify domain in the designated text field, then click Connect.
A new window will open, displaying your Shopify store. Click on “Install app.”
In a separate window, Trustpilot Business will open. Sign in or create an account to proceed.
Choose the relevant Trustpilot domain from the drop-down menu, then check the checkbox.
Click Connect to finalize the connection between Trustpilot and your Shopify store.
You will be redirected to the Trustpilot app within Shopify. Congratulations, your Shopify store is now connected, and review invitations will be automatically sent to your customers after each purchase.

From the Shopify App Store

To seamlessly integrate Trustpilot with your Shopify store, follow these straightforward steps:

Head to the App Store and find the Trustpilot Reviews app. Click on “Add app.”
On the new page that appears, select “Install app.”
A new window will pop up, leading you to Trustpilot Business. Sign in or create an account to proceed.
From the drop-down menu, choose the Trustpilot domain you wish to connect with your store. Then, check the checkbox.
Click on “Connect” to finalize the integration between Trustpilot and your Shopify store.
You will be redirected to the Trustpilot app within Shopify. Congratulations! Your Shopify store is now successfully connected, and review invitations will be automatically sent to your customers after every purchase.

Manage the integration

After successfully installing the integration, you can access Trustpilot Reviews in the Apps tab within your Shopify admin panel. From this section, you gain control over various invitation settings such as timing and delivery, manage product reviews, synchronize products, and even incorporate widgets into your web pages for added functionality.
